Andahoodie Only Offers Store Credit For Returns. We do not refund directly back to the method of payment used originally. To qualify for a return, item must meet one of the following circumstances:
Item never arrived according to tracking and address you provided.
We sent you the wrong item according to invoice.
Damaged items will also be accepted on a case by case basis.
Item must be in new condition and not worn and all returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must include original invoice. Store credit will only be granted after return of item is received.
